Noida, Mar 5 (KNN) The 16th edition of ELECRAMA 2025, organised by the Indian Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA), concluded with unprecedented success, solidifying its position as the premier global platform for the electrical and allied electronics industry. 

The event set new benchmarks, attracting over 1,000 exhibitors and generating an estimated USD 20 billion in business enquiries while drawing more than 400,000 business visitors.

The conference emerged as a critical nexus for global industry engagement, facilitating over 15,000 business-to-business meetings and attracting nearly 500 international buyers from 80 countries. 

A standout feature was the New Energies Pavilion, which highlighted breakthrough technologies in battery storage, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, digital energy, and solar technologies, demonstrating India's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.

International stakeholders expressed significant enthusiasm for India's technological advancements. 

Notably, Guinea's Deputy Minister Bachir Camara emphasised the event's importance in fostering global partnerships and knowledge exchange, particularly for developing nations seeking innovative energy solutions.

The event witnessed four strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) signings, laying groundwork for transformative collaborations in the power and electrical sectors. 

Industry leaders, including Kris Van den Zegel from Eurelectric, praised the exhibition for showcasing India's rapidly expanding power sector and its potential for global innovation.

Key government officials, including Union Minister Piyush Goyal, underscored the event's significance. The conference featured the 3rd Edition of Electraverse Sparks, where 20 high-potential startups presented breakthrough innovations in energy, artificial intelligence, automation, and sustainability. 

Concurrent forums like the World Utility Summit and ETECHnxt brought together over 420 delegates and 70 speakers to discuss critical industry themes.

ELECRAMA 2025 demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability, reducing 2.3 metric tons of CO2 through eco-friendly initiatives. The event concluded with a prestigious Awards Distribution & Exhibitor Night, celebrating industry excellence and innovation.

IEEMA President Sunil Singhvi emphasised the event's global significance, highlighting the remarkable increase in visitor engagement and the platform's ability to unite industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators. 

The conference effectively positioned India as a hub for electrical manufacturing and energy innovation, showcasing the country's potential to be a global leader in sustainable technological solutions.
