3-day workshop on management development

New Delhi, Jul 24 (KNN) In order to help entrepreneurs and business owners increase profits, effectively face competition, reduce costs and wastage and also manage crisis, the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) is organising a workshop on management development.
“To hand hold emerging business executives and entrepreneurs, Excalibre and NIESBUD have created a comprehensive ‘Get more from less series of breakthrough initiatives’ that equips budding entrepreneurs, executives and think tank to conceive and implement incredible breakthrough and easy applicability solutions, that address their challenges,” an official release said.
The Management development programme for corporate excellence titled ‘Maximise your profit’ is scheduled to be held from July-29 to 31 at the institute campus in Noida.
The workshop is suitable for entrepreneurs and business owners who are building new ventures or developing capabilities needed for successful innovations in their small to mid-size corporations. It will take them through the science of setting up a system such that it stays in place and works.
At the end of this workshop the participants will have a clear understanding and a clearly defined action plan to achieve various goals like running business operations by creating institutions of excellence, setting up systems that imbibe measurability, imbibing astute process to attract retains and nurture talent pool and exploring opportunities to take the corporation for effecting a quantum leap.
They will also be able to understand and take on other challenges that are common across industries such as – sales not matching with market share, business growing at a tardy pace, retaining key talent, etc. (KNN/ST)
