Business Accelerator Seminar for entrepreneurs

Pune, Aug 13 (KNN)  To help entrepreneurs learn from each other and respond faster and creatively to market challenges and opportunities, organiser of conferences, trainings and consultancy, Consultare is organising a seminar here.
 
Business Accelerator Seminar 2014 is scheduled to be held here on August-24.
 
“This year the central theme at the conference is intended to help entrepreneurs particularly start-ups / SMEs to understand the next wave of strategies required for growth, including expansion into newer markets, building successful business partnerships, leveraging emerging technologies, hiring and motivating teams, understanding the new segment of buyers and more,” said an official release.
 
The daylong seminar is meant for entrepreneurs who wish to expand their business, providing them with the required tools.
 
On the importance and need of the seminar, “It is a known fact that most new and young companies die in their first 4-5 years of life. This is also the time when businesses begin to explore the opportunities for growth. The transition from start-up to growth is a tough one and this is when most entrepreneurs have said they could use some focused help,” the release said.
 
Further, considering that mentoring is important for entrepreneur, the organisers have incorporated many interactive sessions during the seminar that will give participants opportunities to talk to the expert on one-to-one basis.
 
Speaker at the event is university topper, Prajakta Shetye-Deo who has had more than 13 years of experience in the business field, having been associated with Fortune 500 Companies.  She has successfully trained and mentored budding entrepreneurs across regions like Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Far East and Americas.  She has also been associated with the world-wide Goldman-Sachs and has been instrumental in generating over Rs 2500 crore for SMEs across various sectors.
 
The agenda of the seminar will include introduction to business growth planning, setting business goals, answering the question HOW; building the rationale; answering the questions WHY and WHERE; analysis of the business offering; laying down the implementation plan; putting in the finer details; marketing aspects; operating and technological aspects; finance aspects; HR aspects; the next steps.  (KNN/ES)
