New Delhi, Nov 30 (KNN) In the next two years, domestic scooter and motorcycle manufacturer Lohia Machinery Limited (LML) is considering to create a network of 100 dealerships across India.

The company said that it aims to expand its dealership network in a phase-wise manner with a DODO model of retail expansion in the country.

DODO stands for Dealer Owned Dealer Operated model wherein dealers are allowed to perform as both the owner and the operator of the service station.

Focusing on a tech-enabled customer relationship management and sales management framework in order to strengthen its customer value and trust, the two-wheeler manufacturing company plans a standardized outlet for its upcoming dealership.

“The e-mobility revolution has received unprecedented support from the Indian government, and we at LML are driven to accelerate the adoption of EVs (electric vehicles) across different parts of the country with the most trustworthy household name LML," said MD & CEO of LML Yogesh Bhatia.

LML intends to open 100 dealerships across major cities in India as a part of its phase one expansion plan.

The minimum ticket size of investment required by the prospective dealers is Rs 1 crore.  (KNN Bureau)
