Hyderabad, Feb 21 (KNN) Providing a platform to global industry leaders to share their thoughts on Life Sciences 4.0 with all industry stakeholders on global trends and ramifications, BioAsia 2019 is being held from February 25-27 in the city.

Government of Telangana in partnership with Federation of Asian Biotech Associations (FABA) is organizing 16th BioAsia Convention here on 25 February 2019 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC).

ESL Narasimhan, the Governor of Telangana will inaugurate the event.

The Convention will witness footfall of scientific, industrial and government leaders from across the globe during the Inauguration cum Award Ceremony.

This will also give an opportunity to interact with about 100 innovative start-ups. More than 50 countries with 800 plus corporates and 70 plus high profile speakers are expected to participate in BioAsia.

The Theme of BioAsia 2019 is Disrupt the Disruption.

"Disrupt the Disruption – Life Sciences 4.0” Digital and other technological advances are leading to exciting new applications and under this backdrop, the boundaries between industries are blurring. Cross-industry collaboration is expected to propel the next wave of growth and the ceremony provides the opportunity to network with counterparts from various industries, Governments, research institutes," said the organizers.

Chief Guest of the event is Chairman of Axilor Ventures, Kris Gopalakrishnan. During the 3 day long event will have conferences, expert sessions, international tradeshows, BioAsia Connect, Networking Receptions, Biopark visit etc.
