Mumbai, Mar 4 (KNN) The Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TASSIA) and Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (India), Mumbai Chapter have collaborated to host a workshop on Energy and Resource mapping for MSMEs in the food processing sector. 

It’s an Inception Workshop which will take place on March 9, 2023 at TSSIA House in Thane, Maharashtra.

The event is supported by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Government of India.

As per the draft schedule of the programme, Energy Efficiency case studies in food processing sector will be discussed during the technical session.

There will be presentation regarding different MSME schemes by DIC/MSMEDFO and Expression of Interest for carrying out Energy Studies by MSME units. 

It will be a three hour long event starting at 10 am and there is no participation fees for Programme but registration is mandatory at https://forms.gle/ocwByd38vH6qxD9V8.  (KNN Bureau)
