Noida Toy Park to have common facility centre

Noida, May 8 (KNN) The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s (YEIDA) Chief Executive Officer Arunveer Singh on Sunday said that a common facility centre will be built on five acres at the proposed Toy Park in Noida.

In a program organised by the Yamuna Authority with the allottees of the proposed Toy Park, Singh handed over the possession to 26 allottees who had got lease deed done.

As per reports, the toy cluster will house units manufacturing soft toys, electronic toys, wooden toys, ride on toys, slides, board games, plastic toys, playground equipment toys, etc.

Speaking on the occasion, Singh said that some time ago toys used to be imported to Gautam Buddha Nagar. But now toys are being exported from here to 50 countries.

“A sum of around 1100 crore will be invested in the 100-acre toy park. While more than six thousand people will get employment from this,” he said.

YEIDA’s chief executive officer pointed out that next week, the authorities will hand over the possession to 28 more allottees.
