Andhra Pradesh CM Inaugurates MSME Summit, Launches 38 MSME Parks
Amaravati, May 26 (KNN) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday virtually launched 38 new micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) parks, announced a series of measures to strengthen the state’s MSME ecosystem, and inaugurated the One Family-One Entrepreneur MSME Growth Summit 2026 in Vijayawada.
The summit was attended by more than 1,500 participants, including MSME industrialists, PM Vishwakarma scheme beneficiaries, policymakers, financial institution representatives, and technical experts from across the state.
Industrial Parks and Infrastructure Push
"The proposed MSME parks are intended to provide plug-and-play industrial infrastructure and improve ease of establishing enterprises in the state," PTI reported, citing an official release.
CM Naidu noted that foundation stones had already been laid for 100 industrial parks in the first and second phases of the state's industrial development programme, with several already inaugurated.
The state government also released Rs 200 crore for the establishment of common facility centres across 45 industrial clusters in Andhra Pradesh.
Investment and Entrepreneurship Boost
On the sidelines of the summit, the Andhra Pradesh government signed agreements with global technology companies Meta, Amazon, and Zoho to promote investment and entrepreneurship within the state's MSME sector.
The tie-ups are expected to provide digital tools, platforms, and support infrastructure to help small businesses scale and compete more effectively.
