BBIA delegation presents a Memorandum to MoS Anurag Thakur; wants establishment of gems & jewellery park in state

New Delhi, Sep 17 (KNN) A Delegation led by Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) president Lalit Mahajan presented a Memorandum to Anurag Singh Thakur, Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs for the Extension of Fiscal incentives for the Revival and Fresh Investment in Industrial as well as Service Sector and establishment of Gem and Jewelry Industrial Park in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

Mahajan urged the Minister to get provided the fiscal incentives to new as well as existing working units and service sector units in J&K.

The other requests included the medical, education, tourism and initiatives for other related sectors to provide support to the unit holders.

BBIA requested that the fiscal incentives should be given to the existing industry by State/Central government from time to time for their survival keeping in mind the Hilly Terrain, Limited Market within the State due to geographical location.

Along with, BBIA President, Satish Kaul, President, JK Pharmaceutical Manufacturer’s Association and Vikram Jain, Executive Member of Sarafa Association were also present.
