CICU-YBLF organise interactive session to upgrade entrepreneur with new idea

New Delhi, Aug 16 (KNN) In a bid to upgrade entrepreneurs with new ideas, the Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertaking (CICU) organized an interactive program of Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF).

During this, Sachit Jain, MD, Vardhman Special Steel, was present as the keynote speaker and shared his life experiences with the Young Leaders Forum.

CICU president, S Upkar Singh Ahuja addressed the YBLF and GAME co-hosts for keeping the high spirits up and also advised to take advantage of the plant visit & implement the work culture in their firm for reaping maximum benefit out of it. He also mentioned that a Young Business leader is a key pillar to our nation & for the Indian economy.

''The main objective is to visit this plant to upgrade the young entrepreneur with new ideas, strategies, new innovation and adopt new systems in their units,'' he added. 

Speaking on the occasion, Sachit Jain emphasized on the Mental as well as Physical health of their employees and asked them to think about their well being. He also added that entrepreneurs should spend less time in office and more focused on the development of Employee-Employer relations.

''If you earn the respect of your employee, he will work for you with his heart, soul, & pure intentions. The New cost saving ideas’ can also be generated through their employees,'' he added.

Later, he also shared his experience of the Baddi plant of Vardhman Textiles for establishing a well-organized culture of working in a short time.

J S Bhogal, Publicity Secretary and S B Singh, Joint Secretary CICU both mentioned that entrepreneurs should always focus on new strategies, advance planning, which will help them to grow and to survive in this competitive era. 

During sharing feedback by YBLF Member, Didarjit Singh Lotey, Vice President CICU said that visiting Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. was an amazing experience and he will also follow the work culture in their organization as well.
