DHI organizing Samarth Udyog, a seminar on industry 4.0, in B'luru on May 8

Bengaluru, May 4 (KNN) Department of Heavy Industry, Government of India, is organizing Samarth Udyog, a seminar on industry 4.0 in the city on May 8, 2019.

SAMARTH Udyog is an Industry 4.0 initiative of Department of Heavy Industry, Government of India.

Through this initiative, DHI is working towards creating an enabling ecosystem for adoption of Industry 4.0 by Indian companies to become globally competitive.

A series of Awareness workshops on Industry 4.0 are being organized across India with the objective to penetrate the tier 2 and tier 3 industry clusters and sensitize them on the benefits of adoption of the Industry 4.0 technologies.

The national quarterly seminars on Industry 4.0 will be held across cities to present challenges in adoption, success stories, and way forward.

The first National Seminar in the series is being organized on 08th May 2019 at CMTI, Bengaluru.

In this regard, MSME industries have been invited to register and participate in the programme on May 8, 2019 at CMTI, Bangalore. (KNN Bureau)
