Furniture cluster to come up on 300 acres of land in Indore

Indore, Sept 9 (KNN) A furniture cluster is being set up in the Betma Khurd village’s 300 acres of land in the Indore district of Madhya Pradesh.

The Indore International Mega-Furniture Cluster Association (IIMFCA) is holding an interactive session with Charles Spang, furniture expert from the US on September 9, 2022.

Spang, the chief global sales officer of the leading American home furnishings manufacturer and retailer, Ashley Furniture Industries will also speak with OP Sakhlecha, MSME minister of the state.

He will further share his thoughts and suggestion about the forthcoming furniture cluster.

Under the cluster more than 150 industries will be set up where over 20,000 people will get employment and investments of more than Rs 2,000 crore is expected.

He will also interact with members of the IIMFCA at the Brilliant Convention Centre in the afternoon.

Officials from Invest India, MSME department and DIC will also be present.  (KNN Bureau)
