NIMSME - MIA hosts international delegation visit, members from Oman – Philippines on board

New Delhi, Dec 27 (KNN) As a part of the exchange programme organised by the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium enterprises (NIMSMEs), Ministry of MSME, Government of India, 60 delegates from over 20 countries interacted with office bearers of Mysore Industrial Association (MIA) to explore the industrial development taking place in the state.

The delegates were from countries including Egypt, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Jordan, Tajikistan, Ethiopia, Senegal, Oman, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Sudan, Tanzania and Philippines.

The visit aimed at studying the quality management and financial aid to MSMEs from State & Union government and role of MIA in increasing growth in the industrial sector.

MIA Imdt. Past President P. Vishwanath in his presidential address informed of the latest developments happening in the region.  Batting for investments, Vishwanath said that Mysore being the ideal destination for Industrial Investment, there is a business friendly ecosystem in the state.

Also during the meet an interactive session between the delegates and participating officials  was facilitated. (KNN/MG)
