Patnaik takes oath as Odisha CM for 5th consecutive term; Dibya S Mishra is the new MSME Minister

Bhubaneswar, May 30 (KNN) Naveen Patnaik took oath as the chief minister of Odisha for a fifth consecutive term and distributed portfolios to his new ministers.

While the Chief Minister retained the key portfolios of Home, General Administration and Public Grievance departments with himself, Niranjan Pujari gets Finance and Excise while Bikram Keshari Arukha has retained the Forest and Environment and Parliamentary Affairs Department.

Dibya Shankar Mishra has been assigned energy, industry and MSME department.

Prafulla Kumar Mallik also retains the Steel and Mines and Works Departments while he has also been made Minister of State for Home.

Ashok Chandra Panda (science and technology, social security), Samir Ranjan Dash (school and mass education), Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi (tourism), Premananda Nayak (skill development and technical education), Raghunandan Das (water resources), Padmini Dian (handloom, textiles), Tusharkanti Behera (sports, IT) and Jagannath Saraka (SC, ST development and minority welfare) are ministers of state.
