Plug and play factories in MP by IIDC

Bhopal, May 29 (KNN)  The IIDC, Madhya Pradesh, is moving ahead with its project to allot the ready to move factories  with plug and play facilities in Gwalior and the process of appointment of consultant is underway.

With a view to attracting more investment in the IT sector of the state, the Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation of Gwalior has planned to set up a plug-and-play facility in the city to help new and small information technology companies.

The plug and play facility enables identification of the devices 'plugged-in' inside or outside of a computer, and can be used for the designed purpose.

Since, many small and medium IT companies operate from the city; IIDC Gwalior seeks consultants to prepare a detailed report on the plug and play facility, flatted factory project.

The selected Consultant shall function as the Principal Advisor to IIDC Gwalior and would be expected to provide comprehensive handholding services through extension of its services for project design, master planning and structuring and completing the tasks with the selection of a Contractor and a Quality Control Agency through a procurement process.
 
The Consultant shall take into consideration the locational advantages and the industrial developments in Gwalior, and would attempt various cost effective development options maintaining transparency in the planning process.
 
The Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Gwalior) M.P. Ltd., Gwalior was formed as a subsidiary company of MP State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Bhopal. The main objective of the corporation is to develop or to assist in the development of Industrial Growth in the state. (KNN Bureau)
