Srinagar, Sep 20 (KNN) An awareness programme apprising about various benefits of Credit linked Subsidy Schemes (CLSS) like Technology Upgradations, Financial Scheme especially focused on Exports was held for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Jammu.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Institute (MSME-DI) J&K in association with Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) & Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) held an awareness programme.

Senior officials from MSME-DI J&K, Industries & Commerce Department of Jammu, RBI, Central GST Commissionerate and ADGFT were present in the meeting.

The experts highlighted the various schemes available for the members of industrial sector.

Ashutosh Srivastava, Sr. Executive Officer, EEPC India highlighted the various schemes and incentives available for the Export of Engineering products to other countries and requested the units holders to explore the international market by availing the present scheme and incentives.

He also requested the members to participate in the Exhibition in March 2020 at Coimbatore to avail an opportunity for one to one meeting with the overseas buyers.

Lalit Mahajan, President BBIA in his presidential remarks appreciated the steps taken by MSME-DI by organizing such an event.
