Visakhapatnam new draft policy to propose two new MSME parks in every assembly constituency

New Delhi, Dec 30 (KNN) Eyeing at facilitating growth in the state by setting up newer Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) units, The District Industrial Promotion Committee (DIPC) has proposed setting up of at least two MSME Parks in every Assembly constituency in the district.

Also the committee has called for an  MSME intensive campaigns at all the Assembly constituencies.

The prime focus of the campaign would be to create enthusiasm to set up more industries in order to provide more job opportunities for the youth in the districts.

The announcements came after the recent meeting of the committee chaired by DIPC meeting chaired by the Collector and Chairman of the Committee.

The meeting also deliberated upon identifying lands to set up the MSME Parks in every Assembly constituency.

Also during the meeting, the committee approved incentives worth  2.57 crore directed to more than 40 units of the states.

Other decisions taken during the meeting include setting up of Rythu Bazar in the Atchutapuram region and identifying lands for the implementation of various upcoming  industrial projects in the region. (KNN/DA)
