Online Patent Course Launched By Andhra University And Turnip Innovations

New Delhi, Jun 29 (KNN) The DPIIT-IPR Chair Centre for Intellectual Property Rights at Andhra University, in collaboration with Kolkata-based Turnip Innovations, has introduced a two-week online certificate course on patents.

This initiative aims to foster patent awareness and culture, with the course receiving evaluation from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and being offered under the Ministry of Education's NEAT Scheme.

The course is open to students, researchers, faculty members, and anyone interested in patent knowledge.

Registrations are accepted year-round, with the program commencing immediately upon enrolment.

The unique learning format delivers content via daily emails over a 15-day period.

Participants' understanding will be assessed through an online multiple-choice examination, with successful candidates receiving a certificate upon completion.

The curriculum is designed to benefit those preparing for the Indian government's patent examiner and patent agent examinations, offering a simplified approach to the complex subject of patents.

Course coordinators include Rahul Kapoor, Founder and Director of Turnip, and Hanumanthu Purushotham, DPIIT-IPR Chair at Andhra University.

For additional details or registration information, interested parties are advised to contact the course organisers directly.
