New Delhi, Dec 19 (KNN) To recognize the efforts of exporting units in Haryana, the state government has invited exporting units from the outstanding manufacturer exporters of the state for grant of State Exports Awards 2017-18.

Under the Export Award Scheme, 18 outstanding exporter awards of Rs 3 lakh each would be given for nine different industrial groups which includes engineering auto & auto components, agro based, food & horticulture, glass, rubber & ceramics, scientific instruments & home appliances, textile, hosiery, readymade garments, leather & footwear, handloom & handicrafts, electronics, IT & ITES, pharmaceutical, drugs, bio-tech and miscellaneous.

Besides, one outstanding woman entrepreneur exporter award of Rs 3 lakh and 19 consolation prizes for micro and small scale and large and medium Industries would also be given.

For the aforementioned categories, Haryana Industries and Commerce Department has invited applications from the outstanding manufacturer exporters of the state latest by January 31, 2019.

Micro and Small Scale and Large and Medium Units exporting their products directly are eligible for the award, according to the notification.

Exporting units can apply online on departments’ web portal https://haryanaindustries.gov.in. No offline application would be entertained, it added.
