New Delhi, Mar 17 (KNN) With an endeavour to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs through clusters, the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is organizing a one day National Summit on cluster development on March 22 in the national capital.

The objective of the workshop is to share best practices, to promote knowledge exchanges and identify future opportunities for clusters as drivers of competitiveness.

IIE is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

MSME Ministry has entrusted IIE for identifying probable clusters, conducting diagnostic studies as well as various capacity building programmes and providing handholding support and devising policy interventions on sustainable cluster development.

Under a fresh mandate, IIE has been conducting various state and regional level workshops to share and enhance cluster development activities in the North Eastern Region of the country. (KNN Bureau)
