MSME Min for increasing MSMEs through downstream industries using by-products of large industries

Bhubaneswar, Dec 16 (KNN) While addressing an event on ancillary downstream and cluster development in Odisha, Union Minister for MSME Kalraj Mishra said the objective of the programme was towards increasing the number of MSMEs through downstream industries by using the by-products of large industries through cluster development.
 
The Convention-Seminar on ancillary downstream and cluster development was organized by Laghu Udyog Bharti in the state capital today.
 
Mishra, wrote on micro-blogging site twitter, that the objective of the program was to focus on the development of downstream industries with new technology.
 
Elaborating further, he said the objective of the programme was also to bridge gap in power sector between the consumption and production by setting up new solar project in rural sector. (KNN Bureau)
