Training for promoting traditional sectors in UP

New Delhi, Jan 13 (KNN) Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre (FFDC) under Ministry of MSME  is going to organise a training session which would be centred around the creation of fragrance and flavours using raw materials and its application.
 
FFDC is launching a 5 day training session in Kannauj, which would commence from Jan18-22.‎  

The course is designed to skill the participants in creating fragrance & flavour using raw materials through the method of compounding and its applications in cosmetics and food production in the concerned industry.    

The course intends to enlighten the participants about the global scenario of essential oil fragrance and flavour and the production and processing of raw materials.  

Apart from informing the participants about the quality evaluation of the raw materials, the session would hold a practical demonstration of fragrance creation and their application in different products.  

An industrial visit to attar manufacturing and steam distillation unit would also be organised as a part of the training programme.

UP government is setting up a perfume park in Kannauj for which the lands have already been allocated and currently the work on concept plan is on. (KNN Bureau)
