New Delhi, Mar 14 (KNN) The Uttar Pradesh Government has organized a UP MSME Sourcing Event today in the national capital to enhance buying from the micro, small and medium enterprises sector.

The event is being organized by Export Promotion Bureau, Lucknow. UP MSME Sourcing Event has been inaugurated today by Nitin Agarwal, State Minister (Independent Charge) for MSME & Export Promotion.

The programme envisages providing an opportunity to the buyers to see a range of products manufactured by MSMEs under one roof and place orders directly to the manufacturers at cost effective prices.

Some of the products on display includes - Metal Handicraft, Menthol And Allied Products, Carpets, Glass ware, Wooden Toys, Meenakari, Baranasi Saree/Dress material, Handicraft products of lac, Handicraft, Patch, Ladies Items, Wooden Handicraft, Zari items, Christmas Decoration items, Bans Baint Decoration Items, Home Furnishing, Solar Related Products, Holograph Self printed labels, Fashion Garments, Pottery, Hotelware, Stone Handicrafts, Sports Goods, Paper Cone, Builder Hardware, Leather Craft, artificial jewellery.

UP is a hub of many traditional industries including Banarasi silk, Kannauj perfumes, Moradabad brass and more. (KNN Bureau)
