Chandigarh/Manesar, May 26 (KNN) The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Haryana said that now the work is more authentic since e-stamping has been introduced for property registration from March onwards.

Talking to KNN, the Vice President of Manesar Industries Welfare Association (MIWA), Manmohan Gaind said that it would be more authentic since it is e-stamping and there had been reported lot of frauds.Also, it is very convenient for the people.

However, he said that they implemented the policy without giving time for the infra to develop fully, so lot of people were facing problems in this stamping because the site was not too convergent with the Banks.

The e-stamping will replace the conventional stamp papers issued by the treasury or the banks. Requisite amendments have been done in the Indian Stamp Act by the central government to facilitate use of e-stamping.

Vice President said that those issues were there but they will sought that out in coming days.

Calling it a good move, he said that anything which makes easier governance is always good. (KNN Bureau)
